Radnor Corporate Center's Building 5 is entered at two separate floor levels. When this building was originally designed, the lower level entrance combined pedestrian use with service loading. Over time as more tenants entered the building at this level, the need arose to create a stronger sense of arrival while segregating the building's service functions. The renovated lower level entrance also features a new bluestone terrace, landscaping and an exterior stair leading to the upper parking area.
The main building entrance was also reconfigured and updated. A revolving door was added, allowing for the removal of an oversized entrance vestibule. Central to the lobby, the building's original stair was removed and replaced with a more modern design that reorganizes and strengthens circulation paths. New floor, ceiling and wall finishes extend throughout both lobby levels.
