For Lehigh Valley Health Network, Granum A/I provided design services for the fit-out of 160,000 sf of space at One City Center in downtown Allentown. The project includes housing senior leadership in an entirely open plan to improve communication and workflow and transform the workplace into a more collaborative, congenial and productive setting. Designed for health, comfort, flexibility and ease of use, the new space takes advantage of today's mobile office technology by creating alternative workspaces in alcoves, lounges and café areas.
Change management and a workplace strategy that provides appropriate spaces for this team were critical challenges. Working in concert with LVHN leadership and staff our team developed a plan that addresses acoustical concerns and provides a full complement of space types to support LVHN's senior leadership and staff.
